2. Ownership & seller information

Entire-property listing required.

List with Szasa / Real Estate Kingz will not accept a listing for only one owner’s fractional or partial ownership interest. The listing must offer the entire property for sale. Every ownership party shown on the current deed must be disclosed below and must participate in the listing process.

Every individual deed owner must complete REK identity verification.
Every individual deed owner must sign the listing agreement.
For an entity, trust, estate, or other non-individual deed owner, the authorized human signer must complete REK identity verification and sign in the proper capacity.
If any deed ownership party will not participate, REK will not activate the MLS listing.

I understand that REK requires the entire property to be listed and conveyed. I will disclose every deed ownership party, and I understand that all required owners or authorized signers must complete ID verification and sign the listing agreement before MLS activation. No fractional-interest listing will be accepted.

5. Required acknowledgments

Please review each statement carefully and check each required box to continue. These acknowledgments help confirm seller authority, compensation understanding, and the limited-service nature of the listing process.

I confirm that every ownership party shown on the current deed has been disclosed in this application. I understand each individual owner, or the authorized signer for a non-individual owner, must complete REK identity verification and sign the listing agreement before MLS activation. I understand REK will not accept a listing for only one owner’s fractional or partial ownership interest. Any property accepted through List with Szasa must be offered for sale as the entire property, with every deed ownership party participating in the listing and conveyance. I understand List with Szasa is REK’s limited-service / flat-fee listing automation application. The exact duties of REK and the seller will be defined by the signed listing/service agreement. I understand payment alone does not activate an MLS listing. Required agreements, disclosures, identity/ownership verification, broker compliance review and MLS data must be completed first. For fee and refund purposes, MLS activation occurs when the listing is accepted into the applicable MLS and an MLS listing number is issued. I understand that each List with Szasa package includes a $99 Application Review & Compliance Fee payable to Real Estate Kingz LLC (REK). Because Szasa automation initiates REK’s Application Review & Compliance due-diligence process upon successful payment, the $99 fee is earned immediately upon successful payment and is nonrefundable. I also understand that MLS activation occurs when the listing is accepted into the applicable Multiple Listing Service (MLS) system and an MLS listing number is issued for the property, and that once an MLS number is issued the entire List with Szasa package fee is earned and nonrefundable. I certify that the information I submit is accurate to the best of my knowledge and agree to promptly correct material errors. I understand broker compensation and fees are not set by law and are fully negotiable. The List with Szasa package fee does not include compensation to a buyer representative. Any seller-authorized payment to a buyer representative will be addressed separately in writing and is not offered through the MLS. I have reviewed and accept the Terms of Use, Privacy Notice, and Refund & Cancellation Policy. I understand these website policies do not replace the listing/service agreement. I would like to receive optional REK real estate updates and offers. Transactional listing communications are separate.

6. Review and submit

Important fee & refund notice. Your package includes a $99 Application Review & Compliance Fee that becomes earned and nonrefundable immediately upon successful payment. If the application does not reach MLS activation, the remaining package fee is generally refundable less the $99 fee and separately disclosed nonrefundable third-party expenses. MLS activation occurs when the listing is accepted into the applicable MLS and an MLS number is issued; at that point the entire package fee is earned and nonrefundable.
