How List with Szasa handles seller information.
Effective 2026-09-14. This notice describes information handled through the List with Szasa website, application and seller workspace.
Information we collect
We may collect seller and co-owner contact information, deed/ownership and entity information, signer authority, property and listing information, pricing, communications, uploaded listing photos, document and signature status, payment status, acknowledgment records, IP address, browser/user-agent information and other technical/security data used to operate and protect the application.
The Florida ZIP availability checker may record the ZIP searched, the page or context where the check occurred, the result returned, a one-way hash derived from the requesting IP address, and the date/time. A ZIP availability check by itself does not create a seller lead or listing application.
Payment card data is processed by the payment provider and is not intended to be stored in the List with Szasa application database.
How information is used
Information is used to process listing applications, perform ownership and brokerage compliance review, document required acknowledgments, communicate with sellers and ownership parties, operate seller workspaces, process payments, maintain brokerage records, prevent abuse, support transactions and comply with legal or MLS obligations. ZIP-check activity may also be used in aggregated form to understand geographic interest in List with Szasa and improve service planning and marketing.
Information may move through the systems required to provide the service.
Information may be shared with Real Estate Kingz personnel and systems, REK Intel/Command Center, payment processors such as Stripe, security providers such as Cloudflare Turnstile, email/communications providers, participating MLS systems, approved transaction/e-sign providers, transaction participants and other service providers when reasonably necessary for the requested service or required by law.
Security and retention
REK uses administrative and technical safeguards intended to protect information, but no internet system can guarantee absolute security. Brokerage, transaction, disclosure, payment and compliance records may be retained for periods required by law, MLS rules, accounting requirements, dispute-resolution needs and legitimate brokerage operations.
A request to delete information does not require REK to destroy a record it is legally or contractually required to preserve.
Your choices
Marketing messages are optional and separate from transactional listing communications. To ask a privacy question or request correction of contact information, use the brokerage contact information published on this site.
