Brokerage services are provided by Real Estate Kingz LLC. Listings remain subject to broker acceptance, required agreements and applicable MLS rules.

MLS activation

Payment alone does not create an active MLS listing. Required agreements, ownership/identity verification, disclosures, property data and broker compliance review must be completed first.

Brokerage relationship

Transaction brokerage is the only brokerage relationship offered through List with Szasa. Package level changes the amount of service and support—not the brokerage relationship. Sellers who want single-agent or traditional full-service representation must engage REK separately outside the Szasa flat-fee plans.

Is List with Szasa a real estate brokerage?

List with Szasa — Florida Flat-Fee MLS Listings is the statewide seller-facing flat-fee listing application. REK Intel is the technology and operating platform. Brokerage services are provided by Real Estate Kingz LLC, a Florida licensed real estate brokerage.

Is Szasa a real estate agent?

No. Szasa is a proprietary brand personality for the service and is not a real estate licensee, broker or transaction decision-maker.

Does paying the package fee automatically put my property on the MLS?

No. REK must first complete the required agreement, ownership/identity and compliance steps and accept the listing for activation.

Can I buy more help later?

Yes. Optional services become available after the listing is accepted into the applicable MLS and an MLS number has been issued. Eligible services are then purchased through the private Seller Workspace.

Do the package prices include buyer-broker compensation?

No. Buyer-broker compensation and other transaction or third-party costs are separate unless expressly stated in the applicable agreement.

Where is the service available?

List with Szasa — Florida Flat-Fee MLS Listings serves eligible properties throughout Florida. Final listing acceptance remains subject to property type, ownership/identity verification, required documentation, applicable MLS rules and REK brokerage approval.
