Each List with Szasa package includes a $99 Application Review & Compliance Fee payable to Real Estate Kingz LLC (“REK”). Because Szasa automation initiates REK’s Application Review & Compliance due-diligence process upon successful payment, the $99 fee is earned immediately upon successful payment and is nonrefundable.

If an application does not proceed to MLS activation, the remaining package fee will be refunded, less the nonrefundable $99 Application Review & Compliance Fee and any separately disclosed nonrefundable third-party expenses actually incurred.

This refund treatment applies when an application does not reach MLS activation, including when a seller or another required ownership party fails or refuses to provide identification, ownership or authority documentation, property information, disclosures, required signatures, or other material reasonably required by REK or the applicable MLS.

REK may close or decline an application that cannot satisfy REK’s listing, ownership, identity, authority, documentation or compliance requirements. The $99 fee remains earned after successful payment.

Post-MLS optional services are available for purchase only after MLS activation and issuance of an MLS number. Separately purchased photography, aerial media, signs, lockboxes, showings and other optional or third-party services may be nonrefundable once ordered, scheduled beyond a provider cancellation window, delivered or otherwise incurred, when that limitation is separately disclosed.

Contact Real Estate Kingz using the email or phone number published on this site. Cancellation of a website application or package does not automatically cancel an executed listing agreement or withdraw an MLS listing; signed agreement terms and required MLS procedures control that process.

This policy does not prevent REK from correcting a duplicate charge, processing error or other billing error, and does not limit rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived.
